“Utterly unique”

Irish Times

Sue Rynhart is “an excellent vocal technician, a captivating singer and an accomplished songwriter and lyricist. With a background in early music, classical, choral singing and improvisation she often sings in a very bright clear voice with folk, early music and jazz influences. She creates an edgy blend of modern jazz and different sounds pushing the music forward with her own unique vision of things. Back at Galway Jazz Festival, award winning pianist Huw Warren met rising young vocalist Sue Rynhart and they decided to jam to see what happened. Well what happened is a slew of originals, rethinkings, strange wonderful takes on Alban Berg, traditional Irish song and more.”(Bernard Clarke, Lyric FM)
